Kim Taggart has been an artist all her life. While in kindergarten her drawings captured the attention of her teacher and art continued to be her favorite subject. Starting with private art lessons as a child, she continued her studies at Kansas State University earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in illustration and graphic design.
